Harrison and Cox, Inc. Contributes to Mediterranean Look Of New
Birmingham Restaurant
When the Brookwood Mall renovation is completed, it will have more than just a new look. Brio! Tuscan Grille, a Bravo! Development restaurant will be opening in the development. Working with Stone Building, the builder for the project, Harrison and Cox, Inc. contributed decorative balusters, a railing system, facades and spindles that help to give the restaurant’s exterior a distinctive Mediterranean look. Inside BRIO!'s warm, inviting ambience incorporates Sienna-colored Venetian plaster walls, white marble counter and bar tops, white tablecloths, Italian bentwood chairs, large framed antique mirrors, wood plank floors, an open kitchen and outdoor terraces. “We were very pleased with the results of our contribution to this project,” said Charley Cox, vice president of Harrison & Cox. 𠇋irmingham should really enjoy the atmosphere and dining experience at this new restaurant.” BRIO! has a menu that uses authentic Tuscan cooking methods, such as wood-fired ovens for pizzas, fish and meats, and a wood burning grill for steaks and chops.
